Our experience was spot on. We had been looking for a Crown and our salesman JP gave my husband a call to let him know they had received a new Platinum Crown and wondered if we would like to look at it. We did and loved it all but the color. They then took us inside and found the color we wanted. They gave us an excellent price for our trade and we finished up with finance so that a couple days later when our car came in we were able to just pick it up. JP also did a great job showing us the features of our new Crown. So far we love it!! Thank you Shottenkirk Toyota and JP!!

So we had our van serviced, dropped it off at the scheduled time , The courtesy van dropped us off at our other appointment, and picked us up when we were done, by then our service on our van was complete and we were all set to go. Thanks
