I got the used car I wanted but price was hard to negotiate. Because they have a policy that you have to pay for their customer care warranty. No declining it, which seems illegal. I remember in the old days that if you bought a car, most already had a three month warranty already included no charge. But here they charged me almost $900 for it. I refused the policy three times, but they said I had to, and couldn't refuse. Then I was upfront saying I would be using a credit card for a few thousand, asked about it the day before and that day, but they said nothing about a 3% charge on all credit cards, they waited til the very end to tell me that. I liked the salesman even though he didn't tell about the above stuff. Just make sure you know about the customer care package they add to your price before you head in. I have not had any other dealership try to charge me like that. These are the only ones. I won't go back again unless they do away with this policy. I've seen cars they have for sale, I would of been interested, but their forced warranty is a no go for me.
