I paid for an update on my radio, and it did not work. I took my car in another day and they failed to bring it into the shop the next day they picked it up and brought it back but call me numerous times telling me that they don’t know what’s wrong they can’t fix it, the manager of the shop Refuses to credit me back for the update, even though they said it does not work. Update!!!!: Store Manager took care of me. I talked to him and he had it handled with help of Dallas so I believe being kind and telling my story helped.

I had a very productive experience today with the service department. Also, I had contact with a salesman about a new Toyota

Had a question about the type of oil required for change and service manager took time to research vehicle specs and service history.

Excellent service, every time. Not only do I know that my vehicles will be safe to drive, but with their thorough inspection they keep potential problems for occurring.

My most recent service appointment was great. I had an urgent need come up to replace tires. They got me in quickly, have me a ride to work and dropped my car back to me. Everyone was very nice and service was efficient.

My salesperson was Dallas Job and he was excellent to work with. He sent photos of the car I was interested in and he described in detail without the need for me to ask. First time buying a vehicle online without the option to see it, was a very good experience. They delivered the car to me, everything he described was on point. I bought the car with the confidence knowing that he was a phone call away if needed. I recommend him and his dealership to be the place to go hands down and 10 stars in my book!!!

I was an hour early for the service appointment but they went ahead and fit me in.10000 mile service on our new Crown done pronto. Nice folks.
