I recently purchased a pre-owned 2019 Toyota 4Runner from Shottenkirk. I usually hate buying from dealerships because the salespeople are always very pushy and "just business" types, but not here. The salesperson who helped me was Annette and she was as friendly as could be! We spent most of the time just talking about normal things like two neighbors do. She was very nice and very helpful. My wife and daughter were with me and she talked with them a lot as well, getting to know us and our family and just being an absolute delight. If we are in the market for a new Toyota in the future, I hope Annette is still here so we can work with her again. And when we got down to signing all the loan paperwork, Kat over in financing made the whole loan side of the purchase very easy to under. She was also super friendly and made the whole process easy. She was very good at breaking down everything and made sure to answer any and all questions I had. She, too, engaged with my wife and daughter in a way that made us all feel very at home. I wasn't expecting the level of humility and friendliness we experienced here at Shottenkirk, given past experiences with other dealers. Everyone here was very friendly, very down-to-earth, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. They even delivered the vehicle at no extra charge AND filled the tank, which is a big deal with current gas prices! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, and a good selection of vehicles.

Went in to have oil change & I also had a question regarding the cruise control on my Grand Highlander that we had purchased from them. They were very nice & told me what to do if it happened again. They also told me that I was still under Toyota Care & an oil change was not needed at this time but a tire rotation was & could use the Toyota Care for a free tire rotation. The 2 men at the desk were so helpful!

The service process was convenient from setting the appointment to getting my vehicle back on the road. The wait time was short, and I was fully informed. My Toyota Care extension was an excellent purchase.

Customer service department were fast and friendly from the start. The service department were knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again for service.
