We came today looking to buy a bigger vehicle. We had already tried a couple different dealerships with no luck. We were helped out by Valya who is now our favorite person we've ever worked with at a dealership. She is extremely helpful and kind, and was very respectful of all of our wishes regarding price and everything we wanted in a car. At first I had a bad experience when I bought a lemon of a Jeep from Shottenkirk and couldn’t keep it out of the shop. After 6 months I went and traded it in for a new car there and the only reason they get a 4/5 and not a 2/5 is solely because of Santi. If you go to shottenkirk and are interested in a vehicle make sure you ask for Santi’s help I can promise you based off my experience he’s the best salesman there is. As a 19 year old he made sure I was good and taken care of as much as possible, made me feel comfortable and made sure I knew what was looking for the process of purchasing both vehicles. Santi gets a 10/10 for me and he will be getting my business for all my vehicle inquiries.

The car I purchased from another dealer 4 years ago took a crap, so out of options, I had to get another car. My family has worked with Annette many times, though this was my first, and she made the process so much simpler than the last dealership. She did everything she could to get the car I wanted Within the payment range I needed And was patient and understanding when I said I needed to look at a couple more vehicles first. I recently bought a SUV from Shottenkirk Toyota and have nothing but great things to say!
