Our experience was spot on. We had been looking for a Crown and our salesman JP gave my husband a call to let him know they had received a new Platinum Crown and wondered if we would like to look at it. We did and loved it all but the color. They then took us inside and found the color we wanted. They gave us an excellent price for our trade and we finished up with finance so that a couple days later when our car came in we were able to just pick it up.
