I absolutely recommend going to Shottenkirk Toyota. They have excellent customer service. I definitely did my research to find out exactly what i wanted. I was looking for a brand new toyota c-hr and they didn't disappoint. The whole process for me only took three days. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the car came all the way from Nebraska. I've had the car for a few weeks and it rides like a dream. It definitely looks like a dream too. I'm one highly satisfied customer.

While I didn't end up buying a new car here I still wanted to share my experience. I worked with Richard Santiago (Santi) and he was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He didn't pressure me to go out of my price range and didn't constantly berate me like some car salesmen do. He went above and beyond looking for vehicles and would text me as soon as he had something that met my specifications. I would highly recommend working with him.
Worked with Jeannie and Aaron on purchasing a 21 Land Cruiser Heritage Edition. The vehicle on the East Coast was difficult to find in the configuration I wanted and price I was comfortable with. They made the buying and trade in process simple via phone and text. Deal was done within a couple of hours making my inquiry. Great people to work with, would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!

I had been shopping for a used SUV locally in the under $10,000 category. Jeannie Ritchey from Shottenkirk Toyota posted a mint condition 2012 Lincoln MKX which caught my eye. I messaged her on Facebook messenger and she immediately provided me all the information I needed to make a quick purchasing decision. She held the vehicle for me until I could make the 7 hour trip to pick up the vehicle the following weekend. The vehicle was in excellent condition as described and drives perfect. I've traveled some 300 miles from Chicago to pick up a truck from Shottenkirk's. I had a good feeling about this deal simply based on couple of phone conversations. They've been holding my truck for me based on given word, picked me up from the train, offered a hot lunch. I have been a very satisfied customer for over 4 years, purchasing my first vehicle in 2012, having my Camry serviced by Shottenkirk Toyota at the manufacturer's suggested intervals. Shottenkirk took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. I was so pleased with the salesman/dealership, I purchased a new Avalon hybrid in 2016. Rick Mewes, my salesman, again made the purchasing experience very easy. I still travel 120 miles each way to buy from Shottenkirk and have my vehicle serviced there. Other Toyota dealerships need to take lessons from Shottenkirk on how to treat customers and their vehicles.
Scion transmission/shifting/grinding problems. Worked the Scion in for inspection on a Saturday. Opened the transmission: No problems found. Took my son out for driving/shifting lessons and how to read the RPMs. NO CHARGE. Thanks Shottenkirk Toyota. Everyone should use your dealership.
